- Encourage and support young persons with disabilities to continue schooling.
- Ensure professional integration of persons with disabilities.
- Improve living conditions through income-generating activities.
- Raise awareness among public and private sector leaders on disability rights.
- Fight begging culture, stigmatization and underestimation of persons with disabilities.
- Provide awareness and counseling on HIV/AIDS prevention.
- Expand nationwide through local associations serving as disability support branches.
- Serve as leaders for other persons with disabilities, including those with visual impairment.
